Job Overview

Southern Eco Scapes is seeking a reliable and dependable Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading a team to complete landscape maintenance services on high-end residential installation projects.

This is a full-time position based in Macon and Gray, and we are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of experience managing a landscaping team. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a landscape maintenance crew on high-end residential properties
  • Oversee jobs to ensure they are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
  • Communicate plans and production goals with crew members and clients
  • Ensure all safety and best practices are followed
  • Track and record crew hours worked
  • Prepare job sites and see them through to completion
  • Maintain a clean worksite
  • Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience managing a landscaping team
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license
  • Regular, dependable attendance record
  • Ability to work variable hours, including overtime
  • Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
