Job Title: Automotive Receptionist

Job Summary:

Herb Chambers Porsche of Boston is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and supporting the management team.

Responsibilities:

* Welcome visitors, potential customers, and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person.
* Answer and transfer phone calls, receive faxes, and record and deliver messages.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.
* Provide office supplies and services, including maintaining inventory, placing orders, and arranging for equipment repairs.
* Complete special sales projects by organizing information and requirements, meeting schedules.
* Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
* Receiving sales deposits and daily draw reconciliation.
* Administrative duties, including scanning, copying, and other tasks.

Requirements:

* Excellent telephone skills and written communication.
* Strong verbal communication and people skills.
* Professionalism, self-confidence, and customer focus.
* Multi-tasking and customer service skills.
* Administrative writing skills and Microsoft Office skills.
