At vTech Solution, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our team as an Registered Nurse First Assistant. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to scrub all cardiac cases and assist surgeons during procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the operating room as a circulator or scrub RN, and be able to provide versatile support to our medical team.

Responsibilities
  • Scrubs for cardiac cases and assists surgeons during procedures
  • Provides support to other medical staff members as needed
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of patient care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license
  • Additional certification as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA)
  • Previous experience working in the OR as a circulator or scrub RN
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Our hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center, with 629 total staffed beds. We use Epic charting software and have a parking fee of no cost. Our hospital highlights include a short-term acute care facility, teaching hospital, and variety of specialties.
