The Role:

As a Senior Payroll Processor at Business Cents, you will be responsible for managing multiple payroll tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing. You will work closely with our payroll and tax teams to support overall objectives and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient Management of Payroll Workflow: Prioritize and manage multiple payroll tasks to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Accurate Data Management: Ensure payroll data is accurate to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Understand and stay informed about federal and state payroll regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Documentation and Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized records of payroll transactions for future reference.
  • Client Collaboration: Communicate clearly with clients to gather necessary information and address payroll-related inquiries.
  • Support for Ancillary Services: Identify needs for additional services and propose solutions to support those needs.
