Clinical Receptionist

Honor Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing comprehensive primary, behavioral health, and dental care to the underserved community of Oakland County.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Manage patient flow, scheduling, and registration processes
• Operate electronic medical records and other software systems
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 6+ months of customer service or clinical receptionist experience
• Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
