About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Sales and Distribution Specialist to join our team As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the market.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales and distribution. You should have a strong understanding of the beer industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and training sessions to promote our products
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales promotions and events
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the beer industry
- Strong understanding of the beer industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. We also offer opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Location:
This role is based in St. Paul, Minnesota, with occasional travel required within the assigned sales territory.
Salary: $65,000 per year
