Patriot Boiler is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive the performance and growth of our sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our leadership to achieve business goals while maintaining a culture of excellence.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in technical support, sales, and customer service in the boiler or steam equipment industry.

Your responsibilities will include leading our Patriot Product team in advancing technologies, performing high-level specialized systems engineering roles, reading and interpreting building plans and specifications, and providing mentorship and guidance to clients, partners, and employees.

You will also be responsible for driving topline revenue by interacting with prospective customers, contributing content to our website and social media, and attending local association and chapter meetings.

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build trust and influence through relationship building.
