Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Drafter/Designer to join our Engineering Team in Boise, Idaho. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating accurate and timely sales drawings, managing bills of material databases, and providing documentation control through established release and revision processes. Your expertise in Solidworks, PDM Enterprise, Draftsight, and MS Office applications will be invaluable in supporting our sales goals and manufacturing operations.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • An Associate's degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A working knowledge of drafting standards and best practices, with prior experience in documentation control being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks, including sheetmetal and weldment design tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and work independently.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and test electrical circuits.
