Account Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services and improve their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
