About the Role:

The Maintenance Manager at TreeHouse Foods is responsible for leading and managing the maintenance team to meet quality standards, production goals, and customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing processes for improving maintenance methods, equipment performance, and product quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for problem-solving, enforcing company policies, and recognizing and reporting safety, food safety, and quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team to meet quality standards and production goals

About You:

We're looking for a skilled maintenance professional with experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. You'll be responsible for providing effective communication, both verbal and written, and have the ability to problem-solve, collect data, and present information to managers, customers, and employees.
