Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Youth Counselor to join our team. As a Youth Counselor, you will be responsible for planning and leading activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of our young members, and promoting a positive, inclusive environment.


Responsibilities
  • Activity Planning: Design and implement engaging programs that cater to diverse interests and age groups.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety measures to ensure physical and emotional well-being of all participants.
  • Youth Supervision: Oversee the behavior and safety of children during activities and outings.
  • Resource Management: Ensure the availability of materials and resources for activities and programs.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain positive relationships with youth, families, and staff.

Requirements
  • Teaching Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Childcare Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certified

Salary Information

This part-time position offers an estimated salary of $14-$16 per hour, based on industry standards and local market conditions.
