Responsibilities

We are looking for dedicated individuals who share our commitment to delivering high-quality care with a personal touch. As a Caregiver Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while building meaningful relationships with our residents.">
  • Noitifying management of changes in condition and recommending adjustments in the level of care and service.">
  • Assisting residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profiles.">
  • Blending a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day.">
  • Participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.">
  • Being responsible for your designated group of residents during shifts, knowing where they are, and physically checking on them throughout the shift.">
  • Partnering with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies.">

Qualifications

">

To be successful as a Caregiver Specialist, you should have:

">
  • ">
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.">
  • A positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to our residents.">
  • A High School diploma or GED, accepted and may be required per state regulations.">
  • In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.">
  • Be at least 18 years old.">
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.">
  • The ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.">
  • Written and verbal communication skills for effective communication and a level of understanding.">
  • Competency in organizational and time management skills.">
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.">
