Epic Travel Staffing is a leading provider of travel nursing opportunities. We are currently seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN to work in our Progressive Care Unit in Washington, DC.
Salary and Benefits:

Job Description:
This position requires a strong background in telemetry and peripheral IV start. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar unit and be certified in BLS and ACLS. Previous travel assignment experience is preferred but not required.
Unit Details:
The unit we are hiring for has a total staffed bed capacity of 402 and a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4. The facility uses Cerner as its electronic medical record system. All employees must have the flu vaccine and follow the facility's COVID-19 guidelines.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have a valid DC RN license (pending license accepted but must be licensed prior to start date), current BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 2 years of experience working in a telemetry or PCU setting. You must also be able to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.
