We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Classic Collision. As a leading provider of collision repair services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing a safe and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates for customers and insurance partners, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, providing regular updates on the repair process
- Partner with technicians to identify and confirm all aspects of vehicle damage
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and ensure a positive experience for every customer
- Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery and address any issues promptly
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to provide clear and concise information in writing, via phone, and in-person
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred; familiarity with CCC1 estimating systems is an asset
- I-CAR/ASE certification is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
