Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Cooper University Health Care. This role will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and distribution of consolidated and divisional financial statements.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Manager in all phases of finance, including budgeting, general accounting, grants management, and special projects.
- Analyze and prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Distribute financial reports to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Intermediate-level spreadsheet skills and experience with accounting software.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
