About the Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Kewaunee Health Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to residents/patients under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON. You will assess, implement, and evaluate the plan of care, adhering to the standards of care for the area. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a safe environment, supervising resident/patient care activities, and following North Shore's policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Must have and maintain current CPR certification
  • Able to use necessary supplies and equipment
  • Able to calculate drug dosage
  • Meets all health requirements imposed by law
  • Ability to relate positively with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other center staff
  • Demonstrated basic computer knowledge and ability

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is up to $99,840 based on experience, with additional compensation for second, third shift, and weekend differentials. Our new Rain Pay App allows employees to transfer a portion of their paycheck before payday, offering greater flexibility and financial control.
