Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Fire Protection Inspection Agreement Specialist. This role is crucial in managing and overseeing inspection agreements within our National Service Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input new Inspection Agreements provided by the Sales Team.
  • Process Renewal Agreements when there are changes in information or values.
  • Establish new User IDs in Building Reports for newly acquired properties and communicate with clients accordingly.
  • Ensure all necessary details for Inspection Scheduling are accurately entered before handing over to coordinators.
  • Assess existing agreements to evaluate performance and discuss findings with branch service managers.
  • Facilitate the renewal of current agreements as needed, particularly for Same Value Agreements.
  • Assist with additional tasks related to the Service team as required.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with AS400 systems is essential.
  • Experience with contractual agreements is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Building Reports is preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of collaborating with a diverse team of construction professionals.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a solid work ethic.
