About the Role
This Clinical Support Specialist position plays a vital role in providing essential clinical support by assessing patients, managing medical supplies, and coordinating care within our collaborative healthcare environment. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and possess a nursing diploma or equivalent, relevant certifications, and experience in a medical office setting, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess patients' medical needs and provide appropriate care
• Manage medical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and prompt replenishment
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery
• Perform various clinical procedures, including vaccinations, injections, and blood draws
• Maintain accurate records, including patient histories and vital signs
Requirements
• Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
• Licensed by the State of Tennessee, or High school diploma or equivalent with Medical Assistant certification preferred
• At least one year of experience in a medical office environment
• Competent in using medical equipment, such as Glucometers, BP cuffs, and stethoscopes
