About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Sun Health, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the direction of nursing staff. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant, compassionate community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as transferring and transporting patients.
  • Monitor residents' physical condition, emotions, and reactions to events, and report any changes to the Charge Nurse.
  • Participate in activities and assist residents with pre-meal preparation, feeding, and other needs.
  • Perform vital signs, chart required information, and attend staff and in-service meetings.
  • Use aseptic technique in all care of residents to prevent the spread of disease and infection.
Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
  • AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain.
  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.
