Job Title: Senior Vice President, Product, Transfer Solutions

We are seeking an experienced business leader to join our team as Senior Vice President, Product, Transfer Solutions. This role will be responsible for scaling products and services that enable money transfer capabilities for Mastercard's customers and consumers domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the strategy and execute the go-to-market of the transfer solutions products for the Latin America region.
  • Manage the LAC transfer solutions team, working closely with the global product function and the markets in the region to execute the go-to-market of the transfer solutions strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end product management of BillPay, Cross-Border Services, and Mastercard Send.
  • Define the commercialization and go-to-market for the different markets in the region.
  • Manage the LAC transfer Solutions P&L; delivering on revenue and expense targets.
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of the payments industry.
  • Deep understanding of the money transfer flows, with particular focus on inbound and outbound remittances, disbursements, and bill payments.
  • Solid experience managing products and business development.
  • Proven ability to define end-to-end product strategy and the go-to-market of new and innovative products and solutions.
  • Ability to manage and grow a team of senior professionals, driving a culture of decency, inclusion, and high-performance.
About You:

We are looking for a flexible and agile-savvy individual with a proven track record in managing and growing a business line. You should have a deep understanding of the payments industry, particularly in what relates to inbound and outbound remittances, disbursements, and bill payments. English and Spanish are mandatory, and Portuguese is a differentiator. Availability to travel throughout Latin America is required.
