We are seeking a seasoned Retail Beauty Sales Manager to oversee our company's off-line channels and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct all off-line sales activities, including Ulta and Target partnerships.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotional events and Visual Merchandising strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Monitor stock levels and implement actions to maintain healthy inventory at stores.
  • Prepare sales projections and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Analyze sales statistics using key quantitative metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners.
  • Identify emerging channels and markets to drive new sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Ulta and Target management experience required.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices and data analysis principles.
  • Familiarity with Excel and retailer portal management.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
