Job Summary

Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, including cardiac, endocrinology, renal, and pulmonary conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements
  • More than 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
  • Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider AHA.
  • RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
  • Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others.
