We are seeking a skilled RN to join our team at Providence Centralia Hospital, where you will have the opportunity to specialize in emergency nursing and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Career Opportunities: As an RN Fellow, you will participate in a structured curriculum, guided by experienced preceptors and hands-on learning experiences. This program is designed for registered nurses looking to transition into a new specialty, with a minimum of 12 months of continuous RN work experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $41.31 - $83.76 per hour, with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities.
