Distinguished Property Administrator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment communities in Beaverton, OR.
As a Property Manager at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our properties, including marketing, property integrity, resident screening, rent collection, and report preparation.
This role requires living onsite at Colony Park Apartments with a 50% monthly discount on rent and select utilities paid by the property. You will also have access to a separate office at both Colony Park and Tempo West to conduct work.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the daily operations of our apartment communities, including marketing and property integrity.
- Screen prospective residents, collect rents, and prepare reports.
- Maintain accurate records and perform bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Two years of previous customer service experience required.
- Two years of previous property management experience required.
- Prior experience with pool maintenance and Entrata Property Management Software is preferred.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in MS365, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Able to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
- Available for after-hours emergencies.
- Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- A current valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
