* Provide holistic, evidenced-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
* Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and TB.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
Requirements:
* Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
* Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
