Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the client's leadership team to build and govern business and IT strategies as a strategic partner for IT.
  • Respond to client requests, deliver on RFPs, and identify opportunities to propose proactive solutions aligned with the account strategy.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, account growth, and profitability as the ultimate accountable for the client relationship.
  • Negotiate and manage all commercial matters, acting as a trusted advisor to resolve client business challenges.
  • Drive revenue growth by creating and championing high-value propositions for the client.
  • Provide business oversight of multiple relationships across client stakeholders, including Hexaware account and operational delivery teams.
  • Manage all operational aspects of the business, including forecasting, pipeline development, and updating opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Ensure the cadence of client governance and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to client locations in NJ/NY and CT as required.

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years of experience in managing delivery, account management, and/or account relationships.
  • Experience in selling and managing businesses with digital technologies.
  • Delivery/Consulting/Account management background with specific experience in the Insurance sector (P&C).
  • Experience in leading global teams, with good collaborative skills across onsite/offshore and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling propositions.
