Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at BlueWater Federal Solutions in Crane, Indiana. As a telework position, we welcome candidates from the local area who can work collaboratively with our federal customer.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to support the rollout of Archibus for Workspace Management (WSM) and contribute to the adoption of this enterprise software tool by transitioning sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support data migration efforts with site teams to ensure seamless transition
  • Analyze gathered data for usability in Archibus and identify potential issues
  • Research and resolve data anomalies to maintain data integrity
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
  • Evaluate workspace data quality and collaborate with site owners to correct inaccuracies
  • Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and customer interactions
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel and Access, as well as SharePoint
  • Prior experience with Archibus data management is advantageous
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. BlueWater Federal Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
