Job Title: Speech Therapist

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to cover an existing caseload during a maternity leave with the opportunity to continue with us as we have a waiting list of clients eagerly hoping for a spot at Full Potential Therapy.

Location: Full Potential Therapy, LLC

Salary Range: $35 to $45 per hour

Job Overview:

As a Speech Therapist at Full Potential Therapy, LLC, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of pediatric clients by providing speech therapy in an outpatient setting.

You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to help clients reach their full potential and achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify clients' speech and language needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Implement therapy sessions to improve clients' speech and language skills
  • Collaborate with parents and other care providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
