The Project Associate plays a crucial role in the Development Department, supporting project teams to develop affordable housing communities. This dynamic role involves administrative, analytical, and project management functions, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

To succeed in this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of four years of experience in an office setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, is essential. You must be able to read and interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office work two days a week. The successful candidate will be based in one of our Coastal, East Bay, Foster City, or North Bay locations.
