Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized General Cleaner to join our team at Diversified Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

• Dust, Wipe, and Clean Surfaces: Utilize dusting equipment and cleaning solutions to maintain a dust-free environment.
• Vacuum, Mop, and Wet Mop: Operate vacuum cleaners, mop designated areas, and wet mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Clean Restrooms: Utilize disinfectants and bathroom cleaners to maintain a clean and hygienic restroom environment.
• Restock Supplies: Restock restroom supplies as needed to ensure a clean and well-stocked environment.
• Remove Trash: Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
• Previous Cleaning Experience: Preferred.
• Ability to Lift 25 Pounds: Required.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.
