Job Description

The Industrial Automation Engineer - Solutions Provider will be responsible for delivering world-class technical support to our customers, serving as the primary liaison for industrial automation used in clinical assays. This role involves triaging escalated automation failures, collaborating with the team to identify root causes, and resolving customer industrial automation issues in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in an engineering or technical support role, with 1+ year of experience in industrial automation maintenance, including familiarity with tools such as calipers, torque wrenches, and multimeters.

This position requires a strong mechanical and analytical aptitude, with excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. The ability to analyze and interpret numerical data, build strong customer relationships, and deliver customer-centric solutions is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in an engineering or technical support role
  • 1+ year of experience in industrial automation maintenance
  • Familiarity with Allen Bradley's Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, and Asset Center
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial automation that utilizes PLCs, sensors, vision systems, conveyors, pneumatics, and electrical actuators

Salary Range

The annual base salary for this position is $67,000.00 - $109,000.00, based on location and experience.
