Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant II, you will provide comprehensive support to a department and/or manager. Key responsibilities include general clerical duties, receptionist work, and project-based tasks. You will be expected to maintain a professional company image through in-person and telephone interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to a department and/or manager.
  • Performs general clerical duties, including filing and data entry.
  • Assists with receptionist tasks, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Supports project-based initiatives, including research and data analysis.
  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to all scheduling and attendance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to follow instructions, both written and oral.
  • Able to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all matters.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
