Our Commitment to Caregivers

We believe our caregivers are the heart of our organization. That's why we offer competitive pay ($18-$21 per hour), direct deposit, paid orientation, and ongoing training. We also provide time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, and matching caregivers with nearby clients.

Your Role as a Home Health Companion

You'll provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement. You'll assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Establishing communication and building professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers is essential. Your reliability and punctuality are crucial in providing consistent care.
