Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including routine cleanings, fillings, and extractions
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Active Maine dental license
  • 1 year of experience in general dentistry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year (based on experience)
  • 30% of net collections with daily guarantee
  • 5% of hygiene collections (pro-rata)
  • Additional 10% of total compensation bonus opportunity
  • Relocation/sign-on bonus up to $10,000
