About the Role

We are seeking an Educational Assistant to support our team at Kids First Learning Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our center.

Job Summary

The Educational Assistant will assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom, implementing activities that promote each child's growth and development. This includes assisting with lesson planning, preparing materials, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead teacher with classroom management and implementation of educational activities.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with each family to provide quality care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, sitting, and walking.
