Job Summary:

Lawrence Hall is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our Community Based team. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individual and group therapy services to young people aged 14-26 years old, who have experienced trauma and are in need of support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide trauma-focused therapy services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions
* Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and develop treatment goals
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients

Requirements:

* Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
* LSW or LPC licensure required upon hire, LCSW or LCPC licensure required upon eligibility
* Valid Illinois driver's license with no suspensions in effect within the previous three years of hire
* Personal vehicle or access to personal vehicle and proof of automobile liability insurance
