Electrical Systems Specialist

As a key member of the RSM Atlanta LLC team, this Hybrid Electrical Technician role involves a unique blend of remote consultation, on-site service, maintenance, and repair. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive electrical knowledge to support commercial restaurant equipment and facility management services.
Key Tasks:
- Provide remote troubleshooting support to clients and field service technicians via phone, email, or video calls, guiding them through complex repair procedures and assisting with creating and updating service documentation, maintenance logs, and reports.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial restaurant settings, ensuring all electrical systems comply with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of electrical systems and equipment, conducting regular inspections and maintenance tasks as per the schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, preparing detailed reports on the condition of electrical systems and recommending necessary actions.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and staff on best practices and safety protocols, conducting workshops and training sessions for clients on basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a remarkable track record of over 25 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems in commercial settings. Proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, panels, and controls, is essential, as is the ability to identify faults in wiring, equipment, and circuit boards.

Physical Requirements:
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying environmental conditions, including hot and noisy environments.
