Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at BHRS Companies. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. You will be responsible for managing a team of construction personnel, including subcontractors, vendors, and craftsmen, to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Supervise and direct a team of construction personnel, including subcontractors, vendors, and craftsmen.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are completed in accordance with contract specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work is being performed to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex construction issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
