About the Role:

This position involves working as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our client hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with a strong foundation in patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical decision-making.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred, with a proven track record of providing excellent patient care and collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • A current certification or licensure in the state of practice and ACLS/BCLS certification are mandatory requirements.
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to customer service and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Communicates effectively with all applicable customers and age groups, demonstrating empathy and understanding in each interaction.
  • Maintains a cooperative working relationship with the medical staff and other members of the health team, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Passes a background check, medical test, skill test, and drug test as required by the hospital.
