Job Title: Gas Turbine Inspector

Salary: $41-$43.82/hr, with OT available

Location: Kingsville, TX

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector to join our team in Kingsville, TX.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inspecting gas turbine engine components using advanced NDT methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections on aircraft engines and components using fluorescent penetrant, eddy current, magnetic particle techniques, or ultrasonic inspection and testing.
• Maintain efficient logs and records in compliance with NAMP standards.
• Perform equipment modifications as required to enhance testing effectiveness.
• Interpret and apply relevant codes and contractual documents to set up and conduct testing and inspection.
• Ensure inspection operations comply with government standards and instructions.
• Document all work performed using both manual and computerized systems per established procedures and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in inspecting gas turbine engine components.
• Current Level II NDT certification in fluorescent penetrant, eddy current, and magnetic particle inspection methods.
• If certification is not current, the candidate must have the necessary hours for immediate qualification.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
