About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ledgent Technology. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Louisville, CO.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT systems architecture and administration, with advanced knowledge of JAMF, Chocolatey, Intune MDM, Entra ID, OS deployment, PowerShell scripting, and SSO system integrations. They will be responsible for managing mobile devices, standardizing machine images, integrating systems, maintaining networks, conducting security audits, deploying equipment, managing IT assets, updating systems, supporting the IT team, documenting everything, and handling building security.

Responsibilities
  • Mobile Device Management: Implement and maintain mobile device management for seamless OS and configuration management.
  • Machine Image Standardization: Create and maintain consistent machine images for easy support and setup.
  • System Integration: Handle integrations between software applications and our single sign-on (SSO) system for streamlined user access.
  • Network Maintenance: Ensure our network performs optimally and securely.
  • Security Audits: Perform security audits and manage user accounts in SaaS applications.
  • Equipment Deployment: Oversee the deployment of machines and equipment to employees.
  • IT Asset Management: Keep track of company IT assets, including user assignments and locations.
  • System Updates: Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain compatibility and security.
  • IT Team Support: Provide escalated support for complex IT issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for systems, equipment, and security.
  • Building Security: Manage the building security system and issue access fobs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in IT systems architecture and administration.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of JAMF, Chocolatey, Intune MDM, Entra ID, OS deployment, PowerShell scripting, and SSO system integrations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
