We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Novant Health Lakeside Denver.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working 7am-5pm Monday-Friday and 1-4hr flex day. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the provider to ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective service and care for the practice population.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist the provider in delivering safe, quality, and cost-effective service and care to the practice population.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the medical staff and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program with certification/registry in CMA, RMA, or CCMA within six months of hire.
  • Previous work experience in a medical office preferred, but not required.
  • Able to obtain current certification or ability to register within six months of hire.
