Medical Case Manager Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Case Manager to join our team at Managed Care Advisors. As a Medical Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting federal workers who have sustained occupational-related injuries and illnesses.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of related clinical experience in medical case management, workers' compensation, occupational health, or a comparable field. A strong background in nursing with an unrestricted state registered nursing license is essential. National certification in case management or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities will include developing a case management plan for each injured worker throughout the various stages of recovery, tracking patient improvement goals in a database, and providing medical expertise as the critical communication link between parties involved in any medical disability case.
This is a full-time remote position, requiring reliable high-speed cable or fiber-optic internet service and an internet router in your established home office. Excellent communication skills via phone, email, text, verbal, and documentation are necessary, along with the ability to work independently and within a team.

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
