Job Overview

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Part Time Teller to join our Retail Branch organization. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately perform high-volume customer banking transactions, and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills. This role will be based in Carmel, IN, at the Merchants Sq retail banking branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial well-being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
  • Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
