About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Physician or Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Moline, Illinois. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation hospitals.

You will be responsible for rounding weekly at assigned facilities, diagnosing patient conditions via physical examination and/or telemedicine, performing medical procedures as necessary, and communicating with facility staff and patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals.

Responsibilities
  • Rounding weekly at assigned facilities within territory
  • Diagnosing patient conditions via physical examination and/or telemedicine
  • Performing medical procedures i.e., debridement as necessary
  • Communicating and collaborating on findings and treatments with facility clinical staff
  • Documenting each patient encounter in EMR - APRIMA and maintaining patient medical records on company assigned laptop computer
  • Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as necessary
Requirements
  • MD, DO, PA, CRNP
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Active, unrestricted state medical license
  • DEA license
  • Valid driver license
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with facility staff and patients

  • Malpractice provided for both full and part-time providers.
  • Mileage reimbursement based on standard IRS guidelines.
Estimated Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year
