We are seeking a qualified and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in Branchburg, NJ. This individual will be responsible for assisting our developmentally disabled individuals in a group home setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. They will also possess an active New Jersey Nursing (LPN) license and valid New Jersey driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities include performing duties such as recording temperature, weight, and blood pressure, as well as completing specialized individual care and treatment. The successful candidate will also provide assistance required by individuals to ensure adequate standards of health care, administer medication, personal hygiene, proper nutrition, overall care, and participation of preferred activities.

In addition to these responsibilities, the LPN will assist individuals with doctor appointments and community activities, chart residents' care, treatment measures, and participate in mandatory Nurses' Meetings. They will also comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of individuals served.
