NorthPoint Search Group Inc is currently seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Professional to join their team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced Bookkeeper with at least five years of experience in handling financial tasks, including QuickBooks processing, payroll management, and accounts payable/receivable. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple responsibilities, work efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Process accounting using QuickBooks
- Manage payroll for 10 people, including commissions and filing taxes
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
- Perform banking account reconciliations and transfer funds between accounts
- Assist in processing orders and verifying customer credit
- Provide Human Resources support, including onboarding, interviewing, and benefits administration
- At least five years of experience in bookkeeping
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Able to adapt to multiple responsibilities
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $55k - $65k, plus benefits.
