Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software for uncrewed and autonomous systems, including implementing software and control schemes, integrating or troubleshooting payloads, and testing proper function and operation.
  • Work at the intersection of software and hardware to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test uncrewed and autonomous systems.
  • Develop and maintain software and control systems that integrate with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience conducting robotics engineering software development, including implementing software and control schemes, integrating or troubleshooting payloads, and testing proper function and operation.
  • 1+ years of experience in the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and support of functions of uncrewed and autonomous vehicles.
  • Experience with common robotics programming languages such as Python or C++.
  • Experience with open-source robotics frameworks such as ROS, PyRobot, or Orca.
  • Bachelor's degree in ME, EE, CS, Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred; Master's degree in ME, EE, CS, Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field a plus.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD.
