About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk staff to ensure that all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and set a positive tone for the rest of the team.
  • Monitor Performance: Analyze guest feedback and satisfaction ratings to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all front desk staff are aware of and comply with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $62,000 - $86,000 per year based on experience.
