Aishel Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled Rental Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leasing department, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for tenants from initial contact through the entire lease lifecycle.

About the Role:
  • We are offering a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market available units through online listings, social media, and traditional channels, showcasing the benefits of living at Aishel Real Estate properties.
  • Manage the full leasing process, including setting and confirming appointments, showing units, gathering applications, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with local housing laws and company policies during the leasing process, maintaining accurate records and following up with any late payments.
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, performing inspections to ensure a smooth transition for tenants and documenting any issues or damages.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, responding promptly to questions or complaints, and mediating disputes between tenants when necessary.
  • Run regularly scheduled reports, ensure balance due notices and 10-Day notices are sent in a timely fashion, and manage the eviction process for tenants who default on rent or violate lease terms.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in property management or leasing, with a demonstrated ability to manage the full tenant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive tenant relations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with property management software.
  • Ability to learn and adapt new software and mobile apps.
